RAMHAN ISLAND PUMP STATION PILING WORKS AND PTP STATIC LOAD TEST CROWN SYSTEM

Execution of bored pile foundation works, including the construction of
Preliminary Test Piles (PTP) and the performance of static pile load tests prior to
commencement of main piling works, for the Potable & Fire Water Pump Station and
Recycled Water Pump Station,

Etihad Rail -JGE Foot Bridge Debonding Piles

Installation of a Bored cast-in-situ using temporary (internally) 900 mm Dia Piles and
permanent(externally) 1100mm Casing for debonding piling works. 60 Nos

PROPOSED MOSQUE IN AIN AL FAYDAH (G + M)

Executed the design and construction of bored piling works for a proposed second biggest mosque project located in Ain Al Fayda, Al Ain, UAE.

Construction of Veterinary Hospital At Al Ain Soldier Piles

Installation of a soldier pile retaining wall along the shoring length, as per the drawings. Works include pre-drilling to break the hard layer, driving steel I beams at 1.5m c/c spacing and excavation depth is 5 m BEGL.

DRIVING CIRCULAR SHAFTS FOR YAS ISLAND DEVELOPEMENT

Installation of guide wall for each shaft. Drilling piles using a bored pile rig to the designed depth for each pile casting the drilled piles

Sas Alnakhl School - Micropiles

Execution of 650 piles with 250mm Dia using the Micro piling technique

PILING WORKS FOR THE JETTY SHEET PILE

Drilling of 157 board piles 800mm dia, 6000mm length, fabrication and installation of steel cage supplied by the main contractor, pouring concrete from -5.0 to -13m (2.0m above the Cut-Off level).

CFA AND SHORING FOUNDATION WORKS

Execution of a total of 240 CFA piles were constructed with a 500 mm & 600 mm diameter and depths up to 12 meters, Allow for shoring system installation; 12m deep UB 457x191x67 kg/m at 1.5m spacing

33KV & 132 KV TOWER PILING FOUNDATION

Drilling of bored piles with varying diameters and depths, tailored to each site’s requirements

LIGHTING POLES FOUNDATION

Execution of cast in situ bored piles using casing method for the project. The piling work includes drilling, casing, reinforcement cage installation, and concreting.
