Foundation Engineering, Piling and Geotechnical Works in the UAE
SAEC — Super Arc Engineering Construction LLC — is an Abu Dhabi foundation engineering contractor working across the United Arab Emirates since 2010. Our projects are self-performed, from site assessment and geotechnical review through piling installation, load testing and quality verification, which gives clients a single point of accountability for schedule, cost and technical performance.
Ground conditions in the UAE are among the most demanding in the world: high water tables, loose and variable sand strata, sabkha deposits and reclaimed coastal land. Our geotechnical and structural engineers select and combine piling, shoring, ground improvement and grouting techniques based on the actual ground, the load requirements and the programme — never a generic method copied from another site.
Our core services
Foundation Engineering
Foundation engineering decides whether everything built above ground stands the test of time. We design and install bored piles, CFA piles, driven and cased piles, micropiles and deep foundations, backed by in-house piling design and foundation rehabilitation.
Soil investigation data interpreted into an engineered pile layout, produced in-house with geotechnical software and carried through installation and testing so that field conditions are confirmed against the design assumptions.
Secant pile walls, diaphragm walls, sheet piling and anchored shoring for deep excavations, basement construction and works beside existing buildings — designed for the excavation depth, soil, groundwater level and proximity to adjacent structures.
Vibro compaction, dynamic compaction, stone columns, controlled modulus columns and chemical or mechanical stabilisation increase bearing capacity, reduce settlement and mitigate liquefaction risk on weak or reclaimed ground.
Pressure, compaction and jet grouting strengthen weak soils, fill voids, seal leaks and repair structural cracks — used alongside piling and shoring to deliver a complete foundation solution rather than a single technique.
